The block of flats is a building with more than two residential units where goods and services are shared. In the block of flats there are parts accessible to all and private parts, which belong to single owners . Block of flats are usually located in the suburbs of the city.

This block of flats is located in Voghera, near Pavia on the outskirts of the city next to a small park. Each apartment is about 80 square metres and includes a garage and a small common garden. The apartments consist of: a double bedroom, a small bedroom, a small kitchen, a lounge, a bathroom, a closet and a small balcony. All the apartments that make up the block of flats are similar to each other.
