HOW TO PLAY THIS GAME

  • Before you play the game, you should warm up, stretch your muscles and drink some water. Don't forget to check your heart rate.
  • To do the activities, get ready a mat or a towel.
  • If you don’t have the material suggested, you can use any other you have at home.
  1. Choose a counter
  2. Roll the dice to decide who starts the game
  3. Take turns to roll the dice
  4. Roll the dice and move your counter
  5. When you land on a star, you have to do the activity suggested:
  • If you can't do that activity, you must do the burpees instead.
  • If you land on a goose, you can move to the next goose, and roll the dice again.
  • Be careful, if you land on the grey rock, you must start the game again.
The first player who gets to the finish, WINS THE GAME.
