Pausing is really possible anywhere!You can do it at home, at work, outside, on vacation, even in your dreams! It absolutely does not matter where you sit down and pause, as long as you can think and sit peacefully.

My friends at school also pause this simple and easy way, and also, people around my school do too as there are scattered sit chairs around the school.

Pausing is important because without pausing, you would not really be able to take a break because a pause is a break from hard work. Pausing is not only in the form of sitting. It could be something a student would do at recess, or something you would, like maybe have a snack or take a nap.

To pause, all you have to do is sit down, relax and think. Any chair works really. Couches, car seats, even beds work. If it is comfortable, it can help a bit, and if not, then that is ok.
