DESTROYING THE WORLD
We are devouring the planet's resources at a very high and increasingly speed. At this rate resources will run out faster and faster
We are unbalanced
We live in a paradox regarding food production: 1.4 billion people are overweight 795 million suffer from malnutrition in the world.
Our Food System
Our food system provokes a lot of waste that damages our planet: 69% of all our water, 34% of our land, 75% of our forests, 30% of the surface layer of the soil, Our food system is responsible for 24% of greenhouse gas emissions.
- Reducing plastic consumption.

How can we help?

DON'TS
- Eat less processed food. It usually contains high levels of fat, sugar and salt.
- Eat less meat. Try other sources of protein such as legumes and nuts because meat can be of poor quality.
- Don’t waste food, plan your purchases better not to throw anything away.
Changing our eating habits
- Eat more vegetables, fruits, cereals and legumes.
- Eat different dishes with a variety of taste.
- Buy food that is registered as "MSC", "organic farming", "ecological" or "fair trade".
