Wayside Retreat is a 20 luxury lodge developement aimed at adults only. This site is naturally screened by the existing woodland, allowing for the perfect private location.

The Warren Lodges North will be a 50 lodge family orientated holiday resort marketed under licence with the Hoseasons GO ACTIVE park brand. Throughout the design process we have focused on creating a sympathetic scheme that sits effortlessly within its surroundings, minimises impact on the environment and keeps our existing wildlife as a main focal point of the park. An refurbishment is planned for the existing clubhouse at the Bunsay Golf Course with an extended bar/grill plus outdoor terrace and new activities hall to serve holiday park residents and local community.

An internal expansion is planned within the existing clubhouse for the Bunsay Golf Course with an extended bar/grill plus outdoor terrace, new children’s soft play area and activities hall to serve holiday park residents and local community. The formation of an external multi-use games area is also planned for use of holiday park guests.
