Richie Patterson Came to our School today and told as about his life. He is a Weightlifter for New zealnd. His values for an Olympian was Friendship, Respect and Excellence.

Richie Patterson is a weightlifter for the New Zealand Olympic team. He has won a silver medal and a gold medal and also came fourth once. When Richie Patterson came to school he told us about his life and how he also failed a number of times. Once in the Commonwealth games he didn't even lift a single weight.
When you fail you learn from those mistakes . Like when Richie Patterson Failed in the Commonwealth games.
Once Richie Patterson got asked if he could coach someone and that was a girl he relised that she was really good and one day they got married.
