Socca A tender and crispy chickpea cake in olive oil, hot from the wood-burning oven! A recipe from Liguria in Italy (the proximity to Italy fills the plates of Nice with delicacies). The socca has the shape of a very large crunchy cake to eat very hot. Where to find it:- René Socca - Pipo - Socca d'Or Recipe for 8 people Preparation: 10 min Cooking time: 5 min ...suite
PissaladièreA pie made from bread dough, with candied onions and usually topped with anchovies. It owes its name to the anchovy paste used in the original recipe, called "pissalat". It is also decorated with black olives. Where to eat it :- René Socca - Pipo - Socca d'Or - Lou Pelandroun Recipe for 8 people Preparation: 30 min Rest of the dough: 1 h 30 Cooking: 45 min for onions, 20 min for Pissaladière...know the rest
