You are a CNI group spys placed in Geneva with the aim of investigating a terrorist group of DAESH.

The terrorists have rented a house in the countryside, their objective is to take money from a Swiss bank account to buy a nuclear bomb from Russian arms smugglers. According to CNI, the intentions of DAESH is to activate the bomb on Christmas Eve in Madrid. The quiestions are: Have they bought the bomb? Do they have more bombs? Have they sent bombs to Spain?

Search for the terrorist group, find out information and avoid them making the exchange with the Russian arms smugglers.

On 27th September of 2018, the command found the terrorists house.

At that point, they realized that the whole information was in the mobile of the leader. To get this information, they used a system for coppying the information from the memmory.

That morning, when they were about to send the information to Madrid, something happened...

That was the moment for activating CERN. It's a nuclear investigation centre, in which there's a big particle accelerated over 27 km in length. Its aim was to crash atomic particles for their study. Such amount of energy prevented the sending of CNI information...

In a few minutes, those energies started to create a big magnetic hole that finally absorbed CNI spies. That was a door of time...

This case is extremely important for Spain. So that, an specific regulation will be aplied:

Chapter 1. The missions assesment will be in terms of "Gallons" (G). The highest score will be 1000 gallons/mission. To complete a mission, soldiers will need to get 500 G.

Chapter 2. If a command group neeed any help from a commander, he will decide the price of this depending on the quantity and quality of the information.

Chapter 3. All the command groups will start with 50 "Honnour Points" (HP). Any disruptive or negative behaviors will be penalized. On the other side, positive or honorable behaviors will be gratified. Maximum 100 HP.

Chapter 4. In the case a solider loose all the HP, 0 HP, he or she will be arrested and will have to perform a sanction.

Chapter 5. In the case a soldier has got 20 HP, he or she will be warned and will have a day (24 hours) to complete the orders.

In case of non-delivery in time, the command group help sancinated soldier for one hour and the sancionateed soldier loose 15 HP. And if in a week the soldier does not deliver the documents, the soldier will be arrested.

OBJETIVO MINOS

It has taken days of walking, without enough food, desalting water...

There are native tribes who are very agressive in the area. On the horizont we can see a village, we need their help in order to arrive to our destination.

Firstly, the natives hide in their huts. Only one person stood lookingat them. He was Minos, the leader of the tribe, a young and sturdy strong body, with intelligent look.

He mantained on guard holding strongly his spear.

OBJECTIVE

After some minutes, the commander activated a Minoic-Spanish traslator device and started a conversation...

The commander offered to the tribe their techonology and scientist knowledge, and in return, they ask for help to find out CERN point 18-12-18.

Asterion, their leader, didn't trust the newcomers. So that, in order to gain his confidence, Minos decided to test the command for them to demonstrate they deserved their confidence.

NEGOCIATION

The command proposed to create a motor (Heron machine) with a sharpening stone, so that weapons of the tribe would be more efficient, furthermore, they could create fire from sparks.

Don't worry about necessary materials, CERN scientists have managed to send small packets through time door.

“All of the tribe were very happy with the newcomers and celebrated with a dance and a meal of healthy food. But in this ecstasy, Minos suffered a chest pain and fainted”

Asterión seeing the weakness of the Minos, grouped them for an assembly to take him with the power

The command tried to revive him with a CPR,after some minutes, thanks to the intervention, Minos got back his vital signs, but he felt short of breath and tired.

The command, after several analyses, determined that it was a regurgitation of the mitral valve of Minos. There was no time, we need to do an open heart surgery urgently. If we fail, Asterion would eliminated us!

"The surgical intervention was a success. All the tribe kneel down to the command to celebrated their power of knowledge.
When Minos recuperated, he promised his unconditional help until the command reached CERN 18-12-18"

"In the evening,while the command were eaten with the leaders of the tribe, they said Minos that they would walk day and night and they needed strong soldiers.

Minos accepted, but under a condition that all of the tribe should be included. if they were divided, they would become weak for Asterion and other enemy tribes.There was no option, everybody would go."

The report for CNI commanders’ ,said that all the tribe go with them until the point CERN 18-12-18, created doubts in Madrid about the viability of the plan. They thought that not all would be able to support the continued strength needed. So to realise the strength of individuals they introduced the “Mile Test”. .

After various test on nearly all of the individuals of the tribe they came to the conclusion that the maximum volume of oxygen needed was shown in the following heart frequency VO2 maximum=fc/2+10(1).

On the other hand, they need to be sure which was the maximum and the fc of the individuals who weighed 60 kg ( the majority of the group) running the distance of a mile during a time of 15 minutes. ( the goal will be achieved if the fc like the VO2 maximum is higher than 50).

Also, as we know, the equation that relates the VO2 maximum with the fc, the time and weight is the following: VO2 maximum=109 - 0´17.mass - 1´43.time - 0´2.fc (2); therefore calculate the VO2 maximum and the fc exact of these individuals with these characteristics and see if its realistic they can do it. .
