When I'm sad I start painting and listen to music. Playing with my pet helps me cope with anger.
When I feel bad, I play lego, listen to my favourite music and play with my pet cat.
My family always help me cope with the depression. Playing with pets also gives me pleasure.

A lot of things can influence my mood and bring me pleasure. Most often to cope with a bad mood, I eat chocolate.however, the best way is to communicate with my friends.
Sometimes I can be in a bad mood and when it happens i try to improve it: I listen to music, watch funny videos with cute animals. My childhood photos also influence my mood.

When I'm in a bad mood, I always listen to music or start painting. Both of them help me forget about worries and change the state of feeling.
When I'm sad, I start playing the piano. It helps me relax and feel better.
Think about the time spent with your family or friends, the projects done together with them.
Memories can alsohelp a lot

Everyone has his/her own way of improving mood. It depends on each individuality.
In fact life is a complicated thing, and there are not always serious reasons to feel bad.
There is always someone near you who can support and give some advice.
Life is so beautiful that there is no place for sadness.
Beautiful things happen when you distance yourself from negativity...
Thank you!
