What are the benefits of the Internet?
A Huge Library: The Internet offers a huge library for you to do research on the subject you want. Many books, articles, resources and comments are close by 1 click thanks to the Internet. communication Tool: You can find a video, audio and text conversation with the people you want, whether they are at the other end of the world or not. Media Tool: You can access newspapers, magazines, breaking news, even radio and TV through the Internet, which includes all the media.Virtual Bank Service: Maybe you can not withdraw cash, but you can make all your bank transactions over the Internet from your home. Virtual Government: Most of the official transactions are now online. You can take a lot of official transactions from state-owned sites, such as learning the school grades and paying the traffic ticket. Virtual Shop: We bring all the stores to the Internet. You can buy anything you want on the Internet.

1. You spend more than 1-3 hours a day on the internet for purposes other than school or work 2. You lose track of the amount of time you spend, or you are dishonest to yourself about how much time you have been online 3. You eat your meals at your desk so as not to detract from your web time 4. You obsess over checking your email and/or social profiles (or whatever your favorite site is) multiple times every single day 5. You sneak online while working or running late on a busy schedule 6. Avoid posting offensive comments online (a.k.a flaming). Respect others' privacy by not sharing personal information, photos, or videos that another person may not want published online. Never spam others.Show good sportsmanship when playing online games, whether you win or lose. Don't troll people in web forums or website comments by repeatedly nagging or annoying them.Don't swear or use offensive language.If someone asks a question and you know the answer, offer to help. Thank others who help you online.
