The IES Bernardino de Escalante, is a high school in Laredo (Cantabria).Laredo is located in Cantabria, the north of Spain.

INTRODUCCIÓN

What do you study?

• In this high school you can study the CSE (Compulsory Secondary Education). These studies are studied from 11/12 years to 15/16 years.

• You can study bachelor too, these studies are from 15/16 years to 17/18 years.

In Bachelor you must choose between 3 options: Arts, Sciences and Humanities/Social Sciences.

In this high school are 15 departments in which each one has a minimum of 3/4 teachers, etsot departments are:Phylosophy, Tecnology, English, Spanish language and literature, French, maths, History and Geography, orientation, latin and greek, PE, Physics and Chemistry, Biology, Music, Economyn and Drawing.

How many teachers are in the high school?

In this high school, events are held within the center, excursions and trips such as Andorra to skiing or roma on a study trip and the Christmas day where a talent contest is held which the professors open singing and then participate how many kids singing, dancing, doing magic or even doing funny monologues
