Estonia is a small North- European country.

It lies on the coast of the Baltic Sea.

Estonia is smaller than its neighbours Finland, Latvia and Russia.

  • The area of Estonia- 45,000 km².
  • The population - 1,3 million people.
  • Almost 50% of Estonia is covered by forest.
  • Estonia is a flat country, the highest top is only 318 m.
  • There are 1,500 islands, 1,000 lakes 7000 rivers in Estonia.

We have got four seasons.
Our winters are cold and snowy.
In summer the days are warm and sunny.
It never gets dark in June.
Estonian weather is unpredictable.
