Sant Jordi school + Pins del Vallès School- Third graders + fifth graders- “How can we become writers”? - Sant Jordi: patron saint + national festivity- Provide the learner with an authentic and meaningful context for communication in English

CELEBRATION OF A POETRY CONTEST The participants from one school will vote the books they most enjoyed about the other, and the other way around.

- To produce narrative texts in English.
- To demonstrate oral and written understanding of short stories in English.
- To recognize and construct simple sentences in English.
- To identify the structure of a narrative text.
- To recognise the meaning of some action verbs.
- To design the cover of a narrative text using the digital competence (Canvas).
- To collaborate between schools to achieve the final product.
- Their final product contains the wh- words.
- Fill the mind map of the story they become experts, and the one they are writing.
- Construction of simple sentences in English.
- Differentiation of the three parts in their story.
- Use of these verbs in their body part of their story.
- Respect towards the ICT material and appropriate use of the digital competence.
