Bioclimatic houses vs normal ones

The materials that are used to construct them are mostly, unlike normal buildings, recycled and/or recyclable and also the energy that most of these houses uses is renewable energy

So not only doesn't reduce the non renewable energy ressources impact, that also contributes in a better and more sustainable world

Even if the construction process has a higher cost than the ordinary ones, because of the difficulty in finding the right materials and the expensive specialized architects, in the long run it becomes more profitable

In the smart bioclimatic houses it is very common to use the home automation or the domotics that ivolves the automation and the control of such things as ventilation, temperature, lightining, the doors and windows, etc.
