INGREDIENTS FOR A SPANISH OMELET
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Add a bit of salt. Add sliced onion.
How to do it
Fry the mixture until it is soft but not brown
Add the potato and oinion mixture and mix with the eggs
Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a non-stick frying pan and heat it (medium heat).
Cook the mixtureuntil it has browned on the bottom
Slide the omelet onto a plate to serve
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them
Turn it over to cook the other side
Put olive oil in a frying pan and heat it on medium-high heat.
Place the potato and onion mixture into the frying pan.
