Unit 4 Collaborative activityWe are different but we have the same rights

E- Twinning projects are based in collaboration among students and schools. Collaboration and creation in common, is very important and we can manage it, thanks to a variety of web 2 tools.

Age: 4,5- 12 years oldPartners: 4 schoolsTeachers will decide how many pupils are going to participate

INTRODUCTION

1. Approach and interact with other European pupils2. Share ideas about empathy and coexistence, by creating a story3. Improve pupils skills in ICT4. Implement ICT tools in learning process.

GOALS

1) Teachers from partner schools discuss through several videoconferences (that are going to create in e-twinning platform, and in forum), how they are going to organize this activity so they will give pupils the opportunity to interact. It is important to consider the pupils ages, to separate them in effective teams and to choose appropriate Web 2 tools, so they can respond.

Process

- All schools present their ideas for the activity in a padlet- If it is necessary, they vote for the prevalent idea, through the tool “AnswerGarten”- They decide to write a common story, (about 2 children from different countries who are attending the same school. The one is native and the other is refugee) - continued from next school, by using MeetingWords and then to create an e- book, using StoryJumper. -They propose key-words that they are going to use in their story, in Padlet. They vote for the prevalent key words, through the tool “AnswerGarten” - For creating StoryJumper each partner undertake tasks that has to do with the story they write, like: illustrate, write text, narrate the story. All partners follow the same procedure.
