Education

I am recent graduate from Asian College of Journalism, Chennai with a Post Graduate Diploma degree specializing in New Media and a B.Sc degree in Mass Communication and Videogrpahy from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. My background in media studies and experiences gathered in newsrooms has helped me develop skills dedicated to storytelling on digital platforms. Exploring social media platforms to create reader responsive stories is an area I particularly specialize in. I enjoyg moulding new technology to innovate storytelling methods. I hope to work with a media organization where I get to practise the skills I have developed so far and acquire new ones to go beyond broadcasting information for public as a journalist.

I Snap the best part of my days, read during lunch breaks and run to nature for breaks. Attending dog shows are an annual event in my calendar and petting dogs is my meditation. I cook fancy food to feed myself and the leftovers to others.
