This is the International Symbol of Access (ISA), also known as the (International) Wheelchair Symbol. However, there is a collection of disability symbols.

These symbols make webmasters,teachers, academic staff, translators, project managers, designers, and others aware of preparingdigital resources in a special way to support allInternet users.
