The journey

We arrived in the port of Calais at around 3 am for boarding formalities. We got off the ferry at around 4:30 am.

Christ Church college We visited to Christ Church college. This is Oxford's oldest college. The olive tree and the fountain standing in the middle of the cloister are contempory addition to the cloister. There are 600 students. The canteen inspired the Harry Potter films. On the bus In the bus we watched a movie called Percy Jackson.

FerryWe got off the Ferry at around 4:30 am and we arrived in Dover at around 05:05 am (local time). On the ferry, there was one shop and several restaurants. We also played games on board. We also went up to the top deck to get some fresh air.

Rest area We made two stops twice on the way. In the evening, we had dinner in a cafetaria in a rest area, then we set off for Calais.

We met in Capdenac at 1 pm and we headed for Calais. We left at 1:30 am.

The return journeyOn the way back, the sea was better than during the outward journey. We made two stops. To eat in a cafetaria, the food was good.On the bus, we listened to music, We talked a lot and we slept a little.
