The title of the project is "European cuisine of XXI century”. The aim of the project is to learn more about European cuisine, to exchange recipes, to improve the English language skills and the use of technology. The dishes are supposed to be rather modern, prepared with some modern kitchen appliances, some modern techniques etc. or just use a classic recipe, but add some ingredient that is not so obvious for this dish. We are also planning to exchange recipes for special occasions. At the end of our project we will create an ebook with all the recipes.

The students of our school chose the recipe for tarte tatin from France. A group of our confectioners were trying to do their best, although there were some little problems. Finally, we were fully satisfied with the effects! The tarte is delicious and we were really enjoying the process!
